Almost 2 years ago I did not believe I can work in a company previously unthinkable. At the time my dream company is a startup in Jakarta city, west java. How could it be a programmer will be able to work at a mining company. One of the big companies mining in Indonesia. in the end I realized that humans can only plan and god determines the way.
So Many Lessons that I can get from life is about mental, knowledge, relation, etc. That moment is the first time in my life. Change my mind from thinking before. Attitude is very important, your abilities are useless if you do not have an attitude in yourself. Skills can be sharpened, but attitude from yourself. Others can only advise, nothing more.
First-year I thought this is my life, working in a mining company it’s my goal. Like dream, other people can work in a mining company. But it was not like that. I feel not happy like other people. Even though my work is smooth, other people are nice to me, and everything is working properly. It’s something wrong with myself but I don’t know what’s that. I’m always searching until I finally realized that I’m not fit to work in the mining world.
It’s hard being away from family when we work in a mining company. Very bored because your environment is just mess and mining. Far away from the densely populated areas. everything doesn’t match with me. At the time I decided I will work until the end contract. In the end, I can get through it all, and now it’s just starting for real life.
